In working with buyers, Amy is determined to help her clients find the right home by asking questions to understand their desires, lifestyle and long-term needs in a living space. After the initial consultation is when the real work begins as Amy diligently researches the market in order to narrow down the best options for showing. During showings, Amy continues to evaluate what does and does not work for her buyers so that they are ultimately able to make an offer on the right home. Once an offer is submitted, Amy works closely with all parties from agents, mortgage lenders, and inspectors to safeguard each step. Amy enjoys being with her clients to ensure that the home buying process is a joyful experience.
Selling a home requires a REALTOR® who understands your selling needs, researches the market to price to sell, and delivers timely and realistic feedback in order to provide the best offer. Amy helps her sellers generate the most optimal traffic by marketing your home via photography, staging, MLS and networking with other agents. Once offers are made on the property, she protects her clients’ best interest to secure and see the transaction through to closing.
Amy spent the first 7 years of her real estate career working in the major metros of Boston and Los Angeles. In 2012, Amy relocated to Austin in order to be closer to her family. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI®) designation.
